Street Lighting for House Development

Providing electrical reticulation construction services since 1984

JPR has been providing electrical reticulation construction services for subdivisions in the SEQEB/Energex area since 1984 when the market was opened to competition. Since then, JPR has completed over 20,000 residential estate projects, many of them within critical time and cost constraints.

Complete Design & Construct package

In the Energex area for Subdivision Electrical Reticulation, JPR is the only company offering a complete Design & Construct package “in house”. This enables JPR to replace the Developer as the second party to Energex in the Subdivider’s Electricity Supply Agreement.

All components are controlled in house, delivering our clients the best value, on time completion and finalisation. Our process enables the elimination of client holding costs in any delayed return of their Energex Bond.

Some of our customers

Certificate of Supply issued in very short time frame

JPR is an “A” rated consultant with Energex, and is also part of a partnering agreement. This, together with our unique Design & Construct package allows the “Certificate for Supply” required for Council plan sealing to be issued in very short time frames.

Other services

Design and installation of communications pit and pipe infrastructure on subdivision projects

Small Lot projects – Certificate for Supply issued in a short time frame

Design & Construct for Large Customer Connections projects – In house Design & Construction, along with complete solutions incorporating any AS3000 (Private Network) that is required.

Electro Magnetic Field Reports can be supplied as part of the development approval process when higher voltage power lines ( 33kV and above) are situated within or adjacent to a subdivision.
