During the past 50 years the Company has had a strong commitment to training; having trained in excess of 600 apprentices in the electrical, mechanical and sheetmetal trades. Our in-house training program has ensured that our staff maintain their skills and competency in areas such as:

2. First Aid
3. Height Awareness
4. Pole Top Rescue
5. Resuscitation
6. Service Polarity Testing
7. Confined Space Training

In a landmark agreement J & P Richardson Industries Pty Ltd have partnered with leading trade and technical training institute, SkillsTech Australia, to deliver the Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Systems Electrician program, in the workplace. We have an in-house technical trainer who delivers the SkillsTech’s on-line learning resources at our Wacol premises to complement the practical on-the-job training.
