J & P Richardson Industries Pty Ltd provides a complete service to Development Companies for reticulation on their projects including all authority and municipal, commercial and engineering negotiations, approvals, full design, Energex bonding, material supply, site erection and commission, to provide a total integrated power supply.

All of the steps are controlled “in-house” delivering our clients best value, on time completion and finalisation. The Energex Bonding provided by the Company* eliminates customer’s costs with having to lodge a bond for the works and further costs in any delay in its return.

Our Company has completed over 8000 residential estate projects many of them having very critical time and cost constraints.
